Renewal & escalator
Subscriptions renew annually. List prices increase 7% each year unless on a multi-year plan. Multi-year prices are locked at signing, no escalator within the term.
Cancellation
30-day notice before renewal. The 90 day fee is non-refundable. No mid-term refunds for annual subscriptions.
Payment
Choose credit card or invoice on any plan. Card payments (via Stripe) unlock access immediately; invoices are sent for payment by bank transfer, with access starting once the invoice is paid or Purchase Order has been reviewed. AUD only at launch; USD pricing for TMS America from H2 2027.
